For over 12 years, she led the bank’s Private Banking division managing High Net Worth individuals earning a reputation for exceptional service and strategic insight.
In 2006, Tania founded Bank of Queensland’s first WA branch in Subiaco, successfully building a highly regarded local institution from the ground up. As both a business owner and single parent, she demonstrated remarkable resilience and leadership—balancing entrepreneurship with a deep commitment to community and client care.
